This video gave me an appreciation for a few things:

1) Trees are the most advanced biological beings on the planet. They are efficient, generous and maintain the eco-system.

2) Humans need to learn from the trees. All of our religions understand the basic need for man to be a good steward of Creation. It seems obvious that it is our duty to be accountable for all of our actions, as they have a greater impact on the earth than we fully understand

3) Social media is an incredible vehicle to spread a message

2008-2012 is the time it will take to dismantle the two party/corporate owned political paradigm and shift to an emerging coalition government. Stronger national and international democratic institutions that promote human rights and fair trade.

Sustainable practices for distributing resources and rebuilding the eco-systems that pollution has caused need to be deployed. We need to develop more policies with scientists than generals right now, so give up the war and shift strategy. All a general sees is good guys and bad guys. Let them focus on that, but leave geo-politics to more reasonable executive minds. Unfortunately, most of the executive leaders around the world are more like cartel lords than benevolent dictators, hence the Military Industrial Complex! It burns me up that the People silently observe their elected officials go against international law in an attempt to control a foreign region for its resources.

Are we that dense that mass media’s trick to trap us in fear can successfully distract us from the horrible reality of these brutal leaders?

No wars, only transparency of the public record: Net Neutrality: dismantling old institutions for better ones: cooperation in survival and global repair.
